We provide Mechanical Design and Build of Custom Machines, tooling sub-assemblies and component fixtures. Our product experience extends from light weight, soft plastics to heavy gauge automotive assemblies.
All of our Designs are presented to our customers in various phases utilizing the latest 3D CAD modeling software. This insures our customers have a complete understand of our concepts and allows us to perform stress, safety, and other calculations.
Once completed and accepted by our customer, the models are converted to 2D CAD files and built to industry standards along with your specifications.
Each controls project begins with a through evaluation of customers specifications for component selection and general design requirements. We then incorporate our extensive knowledge of existing US and/or European specifications including OSHA, NEC, ANSI, and others. We evaluate all potential safety issues and perform necessary risk assessments.
Upon completion of a project, our customers receive a comprehensive documentation package including system and communications overviews, operations safety and training documentation, electrical and/or pneumatic drawings, Bill of materials, 3rd party component manuals, and preventative maintenance guides.
Our experience and abilities cover the vast majority of the latest manufacturing controls and components. We excel in integration of most PLCs, Robotics, Vision, Servos, Process and Conveyance systems, providing clear and complete communications to external devices.

VisionSoft can provide all of the features of any of our automated packages without the flexibility of a robot. The primary benefit of these systems is speed. By utilizing a variety of fixed sensors, VisionSoft can complete 100+ unique inspections in less than five seconds.
These inspections can include Color, OCR, Measurement, Position, Angle, Gap, Flush, Presence, and most other inspection tools offered by the sensors we support.
